The Rest of the Story
It is easy to give up and become a victim. It is easy to blame others for our choices or responses. It takes strength and determination to decide to take responsibility for the things we can control. It takes tenacity to not give up and to bounce back time after time when we fall. It takes wisdom to not allow the expectations of others to define us but to be true to who we are and are becoming.
Ian Richardson knows and lives these truths. He encourages us to remember that life is short and we must follow our passions to find our joy. He says that when we find that joy we can truly invest in those around us.
