In almost every part of life, including organizations, relationships, and leadership, things sometimes get broken or damaged. Leaders invest time and energy in building relationships with people in order to better lead them, but what do we do when those relationships break down?

+ Developing Leaders Program - Emerging

The Developing Leaders Program is an in-depth program that works with a group of emerging leaders. Each participant will go through an assessment, group sessions and follow up meetings, group projects with accountability at each step, as well as one-on-one leadership coaching.

Each participant will have the opportunity to partner with a sponsor within their organization as they grow in their leadership role. This program utilizes the Eagle Leadership book series as well as a comprehensive participant manual that is customized to the goals you have for your developing leader.

• Active listening
• Learning how to assess others
• Leading with questions
• Emotional intelligence (EQ)
• Identifying career objectives
• Developing personal accountability
• Business and leadership acumen

+ Developing Leaders Program - Advanced

This program is specifically targeted towards employees who have been identified as emerging leaders in your organization. Through the Developing Leaders Program – Advanced level, these leaders will participate in an intensive and engaging 1-year program targeted at increasing their core leadership skills and abilities, and preparing them for effective leadership at the next level.

According to the core competencies identified by the leadership team at your organization, a customized curriculum will be developed that targets participants’ ability to lead other people, to lead projects, and to create and implement continuous growth strategies as they develop into leaders at the organization.

This program typically takes place in two concentrated phases. Phase 1 takes place over 4 months, and involves an intensive education process with expert facilitators in each of the targeted leadership areas identified by your leadership team. Phase 2 consists of topic-specific, one-on-one coaching sessions and practical application. Monthly progress reports and feedback from Eagle coaches will be given throughout the process.

+ Supervisor Training Program

The Supervisor Training Program is designed to help front line leaders take the next step in their leadership. This program will help front line leaders grow their leadership skills, improve their leadership of accountability and continuous improvement and grow their team members. Typically, the class size includes 4-6 front line leaders. The first meeting is focused on the content found in ECFL Make a Difference seminar. The second meeting starts with a review of the ECFL Make a Difference material, includes the concept of SMART goals and EQ - Emotional Intelligence. This second meeting results in a focus on the start of developing personal leadership goals of the supervisor and goals for their teams.

The Supervisor Training Program also includes an assessment to help provide insight and focus for upcoming coaching sessions. These assessments include feedback from the individual’s direct reports, peers and their personal manager. The assessments are confidential and provide supervisor an assessment of their strengths and opportunities for growth. Once the assessment is complete, the final phase includes one-on-one coaching with an EAGLE Leadership Coach that's focused on Leadership growth for both the supervisor and their team.

Some typical areas of supervisor growth:
• Improved overall communication skills
• Skills focused on inspiring excellence in employee growth, accountability and continuous improvement
• The ability to deal with difficult or challenging employees
• General leadership skills such as delegation, listening, giving effective feedback, and much more
