It’s MADness Time.

I love this time of year. It’s the month that some call “March Madness”. While I’m pumped about this season of basketball, I am more excited about our own “MADness”. For us, MAD stands for Make A Difference, and we use it to refer to our personality assessment that has been taken by over a million individuals in the last 25 years. For us, that statistic is exciting not because of the number of times this tool has been used, but because of the number of people and relationships that have been impacted and strengthened as a result.

The need to invest in strong, healthy relationships is all around us: a father of teenage children says to me, “I am committed to my children for the long haul, and I want to do everything I can to be there for them when they need me.”; a leader in the corporate world shared with me that she was struggling to get her team to work together and to become aligned around their purpose; I watched a young couple struggle to understand how to talk and how to listen to one another.

The question is: How much do you value your relationships? Are you willing to invest time and energy to improve your connection and communication with the people in your life?

This month, we’ll talk about how you can make a difference in the lives of those you care about the most. The concepts are simple, but the execution takes effort and commitment. It begins by gaining an awareness of how you view yourself and others, and grows into developing the skillsets and mindsets you need to truly invest in and strengthen the meaningful relationships in your life.

You can start by taking the free MAD personality assessment — it is short, simple and the results are immediately emailed to you. We will talk about the different personality types — Monkeys, Lions, Camels and Turtles — in the next few weeks. For now, take the assessment to find out which personality type you most strongly align with.

Take the Make A Difference Assessment Now

This is your chance to do something positive, meaningful, and effective. Those around you are worth your time and energy. When you gain new insights into your relationships, you will make a difference!
