Hard Work Still Matters

He exceeded my expectations. In a time where underperforming is becoming the norm, he did the opposite. Francisco is a young entrepreneur who is building a business the right way. But it has not been easy. He came to our country under the Dreamer program as a 15 year old. Under the guidance of his uncle, he finished school while working and learning a trade. He then set out to meet the qualifications needed to become a citizen of the US.

His eye for excellence and his incredible work ethic has earned him an opportunity to own his own company. The work is long and hard but you will not hear a complaint from Francisco. His humility is refreshing, and the quality of his work is inspiring. We recently contracted with him to do a project in our home.

He arrived early, worked late, and finished the project ahead of schedule. His craftsmanship was excellent and left us with the desire to refer his services to others.

I am proud of Francisco. I am proud that hard work still matters. I am proud of those who continue to labor and who make this country the land of opportunity.

When we choose to demonstrate excellence and hard work, we will make a difference.

Happy Labor Day!

Larry
