Ian Poulton

Ian Poulton brings 40 years of experience working in supply chain, finance, and operational roles across a variety of companies within the states and the United Kingdom. This experience has equipped him with an array of unique skills, knowledge, and wisdom. Ian uses his ability to connect and develop individuals and teams to help them reach much higher levels of performance than previously achieved. By identifying business issues quickly, Ian then will help facilitate those needed transformational solutions in an engaging way.

Ian holds a master’s degree in supply chain and operations management from the University of Liverpool. He is a licensed member in practice with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Ian has a legacy of giving back to the community, whether being part of nonprofit boards, or helping facilitate award winning community engagement programs benefiting local schools around STEM. He has approached this with the same energy and drive that is evident in all his work, bringing significant benefit to the communities he serves.

Since entering a new chapter in his life, now that his twins are studying at college, he now offers services to businesses and nonprofits in need of advice and guidance in the areas of strategic planning, finance, and supply chain.

When he isn’t helping others, you will find him with his Lego collection, or out and about with his wife of 35 years enjoying life.

Through Ian's core values of integrity and growth, he seeks to provide impactful service to others through his experience using a respectful and curious mindset.
