Denis Miling

Denis, a seasoned professional, recently retired from 3M Company after dedicating 34 years to its success. His journey at 3M Company encompassed everything from leading pilot operations and driving new product and technology development and transfer to overseeing full-scale manufacturing and plant operations. Denis’ greatest privilege was the opportunity to connect with colleagues across 3M Company’s global operations, where he dedicated time to learning, coaching, challenging, advocating for, and witnessing the remarkable career growth of many. 

Denis was fortunate to have a tremendous coach for a decade plus that challenged and taught him how to listen intently, challenge appropriately, improve his self-awareness, self-management, social awareness so he could grow as a leader and contribute at higher levels.   Denis’ clients can lean on his extensive leadership, manufacturing and technical knowledge coupled with his passion for developing others with coaching.
